Fitness Classes
Available at no charge are fitness classes such as Yoga, Stretch & Flex (seniors only), Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Spinning, and others. Fitness classes are seasonal and are subject to availability of instructors.
At additional cost we offer Tae Kwon Do and Personal Training.
