Overview

Courthouse and Jail Rock rising majestically 400 feet above the river level are famous landmarks on the Oregon-California Trail, mentioned in may pioneer diaries. The Pony Express route and the Freighters road back to the Black Hills, the Sidney Deadwood Trail also passed close to these rocks. The landmarks, on the National Register of Historic places, may be visited by traveling five miles south of Bridgeport on Highway 88. Courthouse and Jail Rock Golf Course is located in the shadows of these rocks, and is considered to be the best kept secret of golf courses in the region.

Features

The Golf Course features a driving range, putting green, and a clubhouse, complete with pro-shop, full-service food and beverage menu.

Daily Fees

The green fees for the course are:
  $13.00 for 9-holes
  $18.00 for 18-holes

 The fees for cart rental are:
  $7.00 per person for 9-holes
  $9.00 per person for 18-holes

Membership

Unlimited playing privileges, based on availability, are included with the memberships. All prices include tax:
  Student:  $50.00
  Single: $315.00 (DISCOUNT: $285.00 if paid in full before May 1, 2011)
  Couple: $400.00 (DISCOUNT: $350.00 if paid in full before May 1, 2011)
  Family: $450.00 (DISCOUNT: $400.00 if paid in full before May 1, 2011)

Cart Storage

The annual fee for cart storage (gas or electric) is $250.00.

The Course

The Course, while only a 9-hole course, has a separate green location for Hole #7 on the back nine, and a different tee location for Hole #8 on the back nine, creating a unique experience for each round of the 18-holes.
